With a simple pump action, you can change the bit to suit the task.

The bits are stored in a magazine within the handle. When you need to change from a Philips head to a straight head, simply pull the handle back, turn to the head you require, and push. The new head is ready to use whilst the previous head is stored in the magazine ready for future use.
